The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was just a short walk to Southwark tube station, which made it really convenient for exploring the city. It was also close to the rail network, making it easy to travel to other parts of the country. The proximity to the London Bridge train station was a big plus too. And if you're a chocolate lover like me, you'll be delighted to know that the chocolate theatre is just a stone's throw away.
The bathroom could use some updating, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel staff were fantastic and understanding of our late departure. They even surprised us with a birthday cheesecake! The room was spacious and had a Bluetooth speaker. The shower was powerful and the hotel had a stylish decor. Parking options were available. Great location near the South Bank and Tate Modern. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests with mobility problems. Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast options were excellent.
Felt right at home here, no reason to complain.

Stylish, cozy, and efficient rooms with a fun, modern decor. Great bed and appreciated fridge. Friendly and helpful staff who surprised me with prosecco for my birthday. Quiet location steps from the Tate Modern. Convenient M&S Simply Food across the street.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to Tube stations. The location was ideal, close to major attractions like the Tate and Tower Bridge. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. The staff were cute, friendly, and professional.

We loved staying here! The location of this place was perfect - lots of great restaurants nearby and right in the heart of the city center. The service was top-notch, from the staff welcoming us with a drink to the helpful bell staff and housekeeping. The room was soundproofed so we slept like babies and had everything we needed, like ironing facilities and free toiletries.
This hotel is definitely recommended for families - we didn't eat at the restaurant but the staff were friendly and welcoming to everyone!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The reception area was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room was spacious and had a nice touch with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Although, like the other guests, I would have appreciated having some biscuits in the room. But I was really surprised when the hotel baked some and made them available in the reception area.
